1. Youngest Mother- The youngest mother that the historical records had was Lina Medina, who was only 5 years old and 7 months when she gave birth to a baby boy last May 1939.
2. Oldest Mother- The oldest mother ever recorded was last 2008. Her name is Rajo Devi, aged 70 years old, of India who gave birth to her first child after undergoing IVF treatments.
3. Most Surviving Children- Nadia Suleman Gutierrez was the recent mother to give birth to octuplets in California last January 2009. She also had six other children that include twins aside from the octuplets.
4. Highest Recorded Number of Children- The highest officially recorded number of children from one mother is 69. The mother is the first wife of Feodor Vassilyev from Russia. She gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets; 67 of them survived the infant stage.
