Why Use Remanufactured Laser Toner Cartridges?

>> Friday, July 8, 2011

Remanufactured laser toner cartridges are getting larger and larger market share nowadays. They are used cartridges that were cleaned, restored, and refilled with toner to be used  again. They are popular to printer users because of their relatively cheaper price without any serious problem with print quality and page yield. Remanufacturers of toner cartridges make sure that their products were manufactured through a strict quality control process to meet the the expectation of million of printer users who can only afford remanufactured toner cartridges due to the high price of genuine cartridges.

Recycled laser toner cartridges are not only inexpensive but also eco-friendly. Since they are made from used cartridges, no additional natural resources like plastic, metal, rubber, etc. were used to make them. They were just refilled with toner after thorough clean up and restoration. Moreover, since the introduction of remanufactured toner cartridges in the  market, the volume of empty toner cartridges dumped in ever expanding landfills has greatly reduced. Take note that the landfills are not the desirable resting place of toner cartridges because these are non biodegradable in nature and are highly capable of polluting the environment for many years to come.
