We frequently tend to change our printer settings depending on the file that we want to print. For instance, when you only want to review a work, you use the draft settings while for your professional outputs you use the best settings. Installing your printer twice on your computer won’t cause any struggles as long as you do it right way. Just go to the Printers folder at your Control Panel then click “Add Printer.” (This is for the second installation of printer.) Then, just install your printer the way you did it for the first one. After that, give your second printer a new name to distinguish it from the other one. You can now alter the settings of the printers installed in the mode that you want. When printing, just select the printer with that you want and you’re done.
