Color is said to be one of the influential tools to relay information, increase understanding, and allow people and works to be more productive and efficient. So how does that happen?

According to experts’ studies, 80% of readers are more inclined in reading colored materials. Using colors can get more attention to the vital details which can be recalled easier. This is also the reason why some work greater than the others just because their manuals are written with colors.

In a usual office setting, a memorandum or even a simple note would get more attention when the important details are colored. Also in presentations, the effect would be higher when the slides shown match the mood or the present situation being talked about. When proposals are done (which are usually long and filled with information), it would be perfect to add a little color to show the change in topic and also to highlight the important parts of the paper.
